{"id":1837,"date":"2024-03-13T13:40:14","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T12:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aventura-t.com\/cancellation-and-refunds\/"},"modified":"2025-04-07T13:53:43","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T11:53:43","slug":"cancellation-and-refunds","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aventura-t.com\/en\/cancellation-and-refunds\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation and refunds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>CANCELLATION BY AVENTURA-T.<\/p>\n\n<p>As a company of activities in natural environments, in this case, the sea, AVENTURA-T will have total power and freedom to cancel any type of reservation and\/or activity due to adverse weather conditions or problems of indisposition of the personnel that do not guarantee the safety of the activity.<\/p>\n\n<p>In case of cancellation by the company, the user will be entitled to a full refund or a relocation of the day of the activity.<\/p>\n\n<p>CANCELLATION BY THE USER.<\/p>\n\n<p>In guided activities (excursions), if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance AVENTURA-T will not make any charges and may proceed to refund the amount or change the date of the reservation.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, AVENTURA-T will keep 20% of the amount of the reservation. AVENTURA-T will refund 80% of the amount paid within 24 hours after the cancellation request, as long as the instructions have been followed and a refund method has been provided. <\/p>\n\n<p>In case of not arriving on time or not showing up to the activity without justifiable major cause (AVENTURA-T reserves the right to consider the justification of non-attendance as &#8216;major cause&#8217; or not), only 40% of the reservation fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CANCELLATION BY AVENTURA-T.
