CANCELLATION BY AVENTURA-T.
As a company of activities in natural environments, in this case, the sea, AVENTURA-T will have total power and freedom to cancel any type of reservation and/or activity due to adverse weather conditions or problems of indisposition of the personnel that do not guarantee the safety of the activity.
In case of cancellation by the company, the user will be entitled to a full refund or a relocation of the day of the activity.
CANCELLATION BY THE USER.
In guided activities (excursions), if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance AVENTURA-T will not make any charges and may proceed to refund the amount or change the date of the reservation.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, AVENTURA-T will keep 20% of the amount of the reservation. AVENTURA-T will refund 80% of the amount paid within 24 hours after the cancellation request, as long as the instructions have been followed and a refund method has been provided.
In case of not arriving on time or not showing up to the activity without justifiable major cause (AVENTURA-T reserves the right to consider the justification of non-attendance as ‘major cause’ or not), only 40% of the reservation fee will be refunded.
